Due to the technological achievements and after pandemic conditions, the new approach for Aksigorta was to transpass to remote work completely and transform all of the office spaces into the socialising and problem solving areas. The aim was to design a hub for employees to gather together in for brainstorming, physical meetings, organisations, getting socialised. In order to achieve a place where employees feel belonging and connectivity while working remotely, we aimed to create functional, flexible, relaxing and enjoyable spaces. 

Within the scope of sustainability, most of the existing materials re-used and adapted to the new design such as ceiling panels, lighting fixtures, partitions, floor panels and the waste material amount minimized.
